JCI chooses Panama as continental conference site for the fifth time

More than 500 young professionals from throughout the Americas will arrive in Panama for the JCI Panama and the JCI Panama Senate Meeting, which will take place May 20-23, 2020.

This major conference entails 4 days of lectures and networking opportunities for members of Junior Chamber International (JCI) who, in only a few years, will become businessmen, NGO directors, and leaders of the organized civil society of the Americas. In fact, renowned personalities such as John F. Kennedy, Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, and Kofi Annan have been a part of the organization, which currently has 3.5 million former students around the globe.

Next May’s conference will be the fifth held in Panama in the last 50 years. Established in 1915, the JCI has been in Panama since 1943. The entity is present in 120 countries and currently has a membership of 150,000 ranging in age between 18 and 40.
